"You are already connected to this server"

Discussion in 'BungeeCord' started by BrainiacGuy, Sep 19, 2013.

  1. Everytime me or another player (lolbros) try to switch ( via /server or being /sent to the server) it does nothing but send a message saying "You are already connected to this server". Everyone else can switch to the server just fine and it has been working fine before but it suddenly stopped working and now me and one other person cannot switch to this one server.

    Anyone know how to fix the "You are already connected to this server" error?
    Note: I can connect to the bungee-cord server which takes me to the hub server (as usual) and any of the other servers i have connected .... just not this one (all of a sudden... it used to work fine)

    Not sure if this will be helpful or if it has ANYTHING to do with the problem above... but it doesnt look normal xD :

    I get that error ALOT in the bungee-server console , seems to be caused by BungeeSuite, and may be triggered when players join the server( though bungeecord - not switching between servers it seems). It always has lolbros as the receiver.
  2. That is a bungeesuite issue the 2nd part of your post.

    I suggest finding the post explaining how to update to a dev build or wait until its released as this version is no longer supported. Try asking on the BungeeSuite plugin discussion page
  3. I removed Bungeesuite to test bungeecord without it and it still was not working - so it is NOT bungeesuite.

    "You are already connected to this server"

    I have been getting this error for a long time now (been trying a ton of different bungeecord and spigot builds)

    No matter what I do I cannot connect to one of my servers, but everyone else can just fine.
  4. *Fixed*
    Actually I found out what happened... someone banned me from one of the servers ( not globally) with BungeeBans.... and instead of saying : " you are banned derp" it said "You are already connected to this server" ;_;
    So I thought it was some error er something xD
