  Hey Seraphim, thanks for editing the wiki article. I had to revert it, though, as the code you updated had a few errors:
  You removed the singleton type instance from CooldownManager and changed it in such a way that multiple instances can (and must, in fact) exist
  You changed the Integer object to an int primitive, Integer was used as an object so that null can be passed (int primitive cannot be null, Integer can)

    I changed the calls to use int as well, to avoid people to pass null by accident.
    
    The singleton removal was indeed on purpose, for good practice and reusability of the cooldown.

    Isn't static only going to cause issues when writing test cases? If so I don't really see the issue because litteraly nobody writes test cases for their bukkit plugins lol
