I'm Myles, let me give a brief overview of me:

I created ViaVersion to allow servers to have new versions join, mainly because of the stress which happens while waiting for a new Spigot version. Before that, I made PerWorldPlugins which is a hack that allows plugins to be restricted to certain worlds, now officially discontinued.
