You have to contact the user you bought it from. He might be manually approving paypal transactions or paypal is simply holding the transaction to check if it's non-malicious (normally you wont get the pending status if that's the case though so the author might be able to resolve that)

Beyond that spigot staff will probably not be able to help you there as the purchase is between you and the author but you are always free to contact the support email at the bottom of the page :)

I suggest contacting the author of the plugin about the issue, I have nothing to do with that?

The author of the plugin does not care about this issue has been reported by many people there are negative comments and videos on youtube about this I would not like this plugin to be a scam

Then please use the review function to rate the plugin whatever you think it deserves or, if you think it violates one of our rules, report it via the report function. (And writing on our private walls is not the right way to contact staff to begin with)

Resource inactivity is a semi-automated system. Please open a report on the resource in question to request that.

I've restored it for now. Please make sure to not change the category when editing your description in the future.

Thanks pheonix all i did to my resource was changing the description adding in some pictures and then this happend out of blue.

As mentioned in the premium resource guidelines just report your resource and it will be reassigned to you.
