I have an issue with the homing arrows, they only begin to home when you aim downwards they do not always home

Hey man; so I'm a fan of Hypixel UHC and they have something like this called "Artemis' Bow" and it's practically the same thing as this except it has a 1/4 chance to home. Is there anyway that you could add something so you could make it home only once in every 1/3 or 1/4 etc. shots? If not that's totally okay, it's still an awesome plug-in either way!
