/chat help - show commands
/chat clear - Clear the Chat
/chat fakejoin [nickname] - will show fakejoin message [ can customize in rChat 0.7.sk ]
/chat fakechat [nickname] [message] - Will show fakechat message [ can customize in rChat 0.7.sk ]
/chat mute - Mute The Chat!
/chat unmute - Unmute The Chat!
/rbroadcast - Broadcast with cool format!
/ralert - Alert with cool format!


What A Permission?
chat.* - Permission for /chat
chat.mute.bypass - Permission to bypass muted chat ( for staff )
chat.broadcast - Permission for /rbroadcast
chat.alert - Permission for /ralert
