I released a premium plugin on mc-market, check it out:

But why would I need this plugin?
You sure have changed some gamerules over time, right now
you have to type /gamerule [rule] [state] to change them.

To make the typing obsolete, just use /gb, see all rules that can be
set to true and false with names and then decide, what do I want to do?

What are the permissions / Who can use /gb and control it?
    Only people with permissions.
You can use "gamerulebox.use" or "gamerulebox.*" for all commands
or just give those who should have access to /gb operator rights (/op).

Can I change items and text for the inventory?
Take a look at the picture below.
Yes you can, but read: https://pastebin.com/raw/Erk43U8S <---
Mostly with items after 1.13 to 1.16, because this plugin is mainly for 1.13+

You can change the prefix, the no permissions message or the help message and everything else easily:

What does the gui look like in-game?

Take a look at the picture below.

    - Informations per rule, what is that rule, what does it control etc..
    - More variables, to be able to design a better gui

Feel free to decompile and play around but be aware of the license, as stated below, for decompiling I would use:

Awesome. I would love to see you really expand on this, a simple and nice plugin that makes life alot easier for multiverse admins.
