   this is just awful, for a few reasons:
   
   1) The command "/adm" (which makes no sense) just sends a bunch of hardcoded messages... of ranks or something?!?!
   
   2) This won't even run. You have 6 lines... YES... SIX LINES that are missing end quotes, which means you will get 6 errors when attempting to load this script.
