I've never seen a more horrendous bit of code. Naming conventions are all incorrect, Class names aren't correctly cased, the EULA is a complete copy paste that even refers to the plugin as a paid resource while it is free.
I will change my review if you take the time to program efficient Spigot plugins by reviewing other's code (not copy pasting but actually inspecting and attempting to understand), purchasing an online course if you're capable to learn,
