AlmightyHand (Living Entity Telekinesis)

Telekinesis (from Google) - the supposed ability to move objects at a distance by mental power or other nonphysical means.
This plugin allows users to use Telekinesis on living entities!
This should work on any server 1.13+, but as stated above, it was only tested on 1.16.
/almightyhand - give the item that allows telekinesis to yourself
/almightyhand <player> - give the item that allows telekinesis to another player
/amightyhand-reload - reload config.yml
almightyhand.create - allows access to the '/almightyhand' command.
almightyhand.reload - allows access to the '/almightyhand-reload' command.
almightyhand.wgbypass - allows access to telekinesis on living entities that are in a protected region that the user doesn't have access to (if WorldGuard support is enabled in config.yml).
almightyhand.entity.ENTITY_TYPE - allows access to performing telekinesis on a given living entity type. Example, players with the 'almightyhand.entity.VILLAGER' permission can use it on villagers.
almightyhand.entity.ALL - allows access to performing telekinesis on any living entity.
almightyhand.admin - allows access to everything listed above.

Once installed, run the "/almightyhand" command. Once you have the item, right click the target you want to run telekinesis on and profit! Right-click again to stop the telekinesis.
WorldGuard 7 Support (& WorldEdit 7):
You can enable WorldGuard support in the config.yml file. Enabling WorldGuard support will make it so players can not use telekinesis on living entities that are in a region that they can't build on. Players can bypass this with the "almightyhand.wgbypass" or "almightyhand.admin" permission.
