What this plugin does?
Announcements is a Minecraft plugin which allows you to send distinguished messages. It is highly configurable. You can set your own prefix, turn off and on chat pause after announce, and even change its duration.

Commands:
/announce <message>
/ann <message>

Permissions:
announce.use

chat_pause:
