Detects and kicks players using optifine fastmath

  1. Fix false positive x2

    Fix the same issue as the last update, just more effectively. Previously I took into consideration X, Y, and Z movement as a small movement, and now I only consider X and Z movement as that is what this "anticheat" checks.

    tl;dr: Fix false from jumping repeatedly
