This useful Class allows you to easily display Particles to individual Players including 1.8 and 1.9 Particles.
The main advantage of this Library is that it uses Reflection to call the Methods to send the particle-packets to a player.
Therefore it is compatible to all Minecraft Versions (1.7+) because it doesn't use NMS classes.
It also has simple methods to change the color of some particles
