ArkNametagRecipe 1.8.7

Adds a crafting recipe for nametags.

    This mod makes nametags craftable. I created this because none of the ones I tested seemed to work on Minecraft 1.8.7.

    Tested with Minecraft 1.8.7 with the latest Spigot, on Ubuntu Server 14.04 with openjdk-7.

    The crafting recipe is shapeless.
