Nice! it is a bit like PermissionEx i dont know if that was you plan or not.
Only i was wondering why should i use this and not the normal PermissionEx?

I have based on the PermissionEx commands, and to use in plugin you can use "new PermissionPlayer (Player player)" for players or "new PermissionGroup (String group)" for groups, to give reload in the permissions of the players you use "new AttachmentAPI (Player player) ". And that any doubt may ask that I will respond.
