Auto restart server if not have any players.

If you sell minecraft servers and you put one pack for free server, you can stop those servers automatically.



Example: Eg. Gorron-12hour.jar will stop the server if it has been online in 12 hours, without any players. (To count as begin on, you must be on in more than 1 minute)

NO HAVE CONFIG FILE.
