Gret plugin, the only issue I am having is that the server will not boot back up. I am using a multicraft server, and I am hoping that you will be able to add support for this in the future!

Awesome plugin. The only thing is I am using a control panel, on a hosting website. So I need a way to boot it up. Thanks for the awesome plugin again.

I really do like this plugin, but I'm having problems with server hosting. I have seen the other ratings talking about this, but the issue for me is that copying the start_bootloader.sh file changes the file size to 0 bytes. No clue why? Please help!

Also, would it be possible to have an option to run a restart command instead of restarting with autorestart (like "/restart")?
    1. ServersMC
      Author's Response
Thank you for your review! The reason why the .sh file is turning into 0 bytes is because server hostings do not allow custom bash (.sh) files. So you would have to run a custom JAR by having your host run BootLoader.

Amazing restart plugin, and probably the only one. I love it because it allows you to customize anything you wouldn't even think of needing. For example; it allows you to restart on intervals or clock time, it also allows you to edit all of the announcements that are announced every time. The only thing I wish it had is a feature for the kick message with new lines like \n or %NEWLINE%. Anyways, as I said before, this is an amazing plugin 100% recommend it!

Thank you for the review! I know there are servers out there that like for every message to be color coordinated to look professional so I give owners the opportunity to do so.

I am using a server hosting company for my server; Server.pro that is. And I am not really good with understanding your instructions. Is there by chance a way we can speak in discord or something and you give me step-by-step instruction on how to set this up? I know it may be a lot to ask but I would help me and my server out a lot!

Great resource. Seems to work even though I'm running 1.7.10 on Thermos.
My server lags to hell and back if it isn't restarted, with how heavily it's modded. I'm glad to be using this.
I really have nothing to say though. Highly configurable auto-restarter that works very well. I will definitely be using this for a while.

Oh, and I won't be asking for help if I run into issues since 1.7 is not on the list of supported versions.

I add the supported versions from peers. It's tedious testing every single minecraft version lol, and If there are issues, please let me know!

What if you're using a server hosting? How would you start up the bootloader? Will it still work if you don't start up the bootloader because I am using a server hosting and I can't start it up.
    1. ServersMC
      Author's Response
Usually you set your control panel to run a custom jar “BootLoader,” and follow the instructions prompted. If you’re still having trouble. PM me so we can resolve this issue. Thank you. And no it wouldn’t work without the BootLoader. What you could do is run a scheduled task in your panel to restart at the same times that you setup in AutoRestart and just match the timing. So when AutoRestart is restarting. Your panel will Restart it rather than the BootLoader. Make sure you test that. Let me know if you still have issues.

    I'll post this here too:

So I recently hired a server from VeryGames, so I installed Spigot and they actually offered this plugin as one of the few that you can install from their Management Dashboard. I did that, went to sleep, and the next day I found out my server had indeed stopped at 04:00 as I configured, but it didn't boot back up again. No error, just a graceful shutdown.

Seeing as their Spigot version was outdated I opted to run OpenMod and build my own Spigot with BuildTools. I manually installed AutoRestart and configured it, but I had the same problem. I don't have access to the server_start.sh so I guess I was out of luck. But still, no proper documentation, even if I would have had access to the server_start.sh I wouldn't even know where to edit it, or where to copy your version to. Is a simple "edit and copy the start_server.sh to the root of your server" too much to ask?

__But__ this version has a bootloader so I'm pretty sure it'll work. Still however, no documentation. I can put the bootloader in my root and tell OpenMod to boot it, but how will the bootloader know where my server jar is located or even what it's called? I'm guessing the bootloader won't know that my server jar is called "spigot-1.12.2.jar", and even if it can find any file, why isn't that documented, how are we supposed to know? Why not add something in the configuration like "filename_server_jar" or am I completely misunderstanding how this bootloader works?

I'd love this plugin if it would work properly, but because of a lack of documentation and no proper explanation of when it works it's been pure frustration waking up and finding out my server has been down for 5 hours again.
    1. ServersMC
      Author's Response
The plugin does need more documentation, but the BootLoader will tell you what to do once you start it. The default file is Spigot.jar, but then it wont find it and it'll tell you what to do.

tested without the timestamp option. works so far. but i would love to have that timestamp option working (saw that it isnt working yet in the reviews section). it would be so helpful to have so that people can restart their servers during downtime (for example, at 3 am when no one is on)
    1. ServersMC
      Author's Response
Yeah, I wanted to update the plugin as soon as possible since timestamps will take many testings so it would have delayed the update.
