Better Spawners 1.0

This plugin features:

• Silk Touch Spawners
• Change Spawner Mobs by killing with spawner in hand
• And a config to turn off and on features!

Installation:

1. download
2. put it in the plugins folder
3. have fun! or configure with config.yml
