This simple /help plugin aims to be very lightweight and easy to use. It allows players to list every command that the player has permissions for from every plugin that's plugin.yml is properly configured. All messages are configurable! It doesn't show Minecraft/Bukkit/Spigot commands as of now. It should support /reload, but full restart is preferable.
NB! In order for this plugin to display commands, other plugins must specify permissions for their commands in plugin.yml. If some plugin's commands are not displayed by my plugin, it's the other plugin's fault.

This plugin requires Java 8 and Spigot/Bukkit 1.8-1.12.

Just install the plugin as usual and let it generate the config file. Configuration options are explained below, under "Sample config". You don't have to configure anything in-game.

    Commands and permissions
    /command <required> [optional] (explanation) required.permission
    • /help
      • betterhelp.use (default)
      • Shows you a list of commands with their description.

Good to hear that! If I understand you correctly, you want me to make plugins that would change the messages of /pl and /version? There isn't much to change about those commands, only coloring maybe. The idea behind those plugins would still remain the same.
