    For example, I'm gonna make a new blackhole called Tax.

    First thing first,
    you need to have your blackhole item, a.k.a DeadStar.

    To get a DeadStar of your Blackhole, do
    /blackhole give <Your Player Name> <Blackhole ID> <Amount>
    Example
    /blackhole give Gober Gargantua 2

    Now you have your blackhole, to summon it simply drop it on the ground.
    And it will be summoned. ;)

    Simple and efficient, less lag, well coded plugin, and of course... free xD
    but sadly its for 1.13 only, i would like to see it working on 1.8 or 1.12

    I was not interested with this plugin but then someone told me to give it a try. So i tried this on my test server and its fun though. Maybe you should try it, perhaps useful for your server.
