Support for the ops.json file, located in your server's root folder was added. This allows for setting different permission levels for each player individually by editing this file and changing the "level" value where needed.
Please note that this will now take precedence if a player is found in this file and the global value saved in server.properties file will be ignored in such case.
What is this?
Ever since Bukkit's inception, the op-permission-level configuration value in server.properties file never seemed to work. For more info about how it should work, please follow this link.
With this plug-in, you can finally set your op-permission-level value for OPs and even add/remove which commands should your OPs have access to in a config file of this plug-in and Spigot will adhere to these rules.
Please note: the default config file disallows use of ALL additional vanilla OP commands except for ones that should be allowed according to the Wiki link above. For example, "/xp", "/achievement" and others will not work for OP permission levels below 4. You can, however still adjust this config to suit your per-level permissions needs.
Fixes the op-permission-level setting in server.properties file that was always broken in Bukkit.
