allows players to lock, protect and pose Armorstands

    1. Added the ability to give the armor stand a custom name that appears over the top of the armorstand.
    2. Modified the way armor stands are removed from the map.
    Note: The CC-Armorstands foulder should be removed from the plugins directory. A new one will be created in its place. This is not an absolute must, but would give best performance to existing armorstands.
