    This Plugin will change some basic texts of the vanilla minecraft server like the join message or the chat prefix.
    /cmrl - Reloads the plugin
    changemessages.command.reload - you can use the reload command
    config.yml:
    You can enable or disable the following options:
    - the join message
    - the leave message
    - a welcome message
    - the chat prefix

    texts.yml:
    You can change the texts which will be used in this plugin. You can use colors (http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Formatting_codes)
