This skript scans for all said player names in chat and highlights them gold (&6) and plays an XP orb sound to the player mentioned.

It splits the text replacing in two ways. for default groups, it targets grey as the message color, and for all others (staff or player ranks) be white.

This skript can easily be modified to act when a prefix like '@' is before a name or adding special permissions.
