ChatColorManager 1.3

What is ChatColorManager? ChatColorManager is plugin which allows you to set the chat color of certain groups for your Permissions plugins, though you can do this with the Permissions plugins' suffix you can now use the suffix for something else, as this plugin just edits the messages.

Configuration
The Configuration part of this plugin is really easy, in the config you just type a group name, so for instance "owner" and then the chat color you want that group to speak so for instance "&c" (red).

This plugin currently only works with:
- PermissionsEx
- bPermissions
- GroupManager
