Clear your servers chat with ease!

    Info:
    Have you ever had a spammer or advertiser on your own minecraft server?
    Well, now you can clear your servers chat so your players wont have to deal with that spammer or advertiser.

    Commands:
    1.) CC - Clear the global chat.
    2.) ICC - Clear your own chat.
    3.) CReload - Reload the config.

    Permissions:
    1.) CC - ClearChat.CC
    2.) ICC - ClearChat.ICC
    3.) CReload - ClearChat.Reload

    I think adding it so you can do /icc <player> from an admin standpoint will be beneficial. Also, perhaps adding some variables such as %sender% would be nice. Also a custom "you do not have permission".
