This plugin allows for players to convert concrete powder into concrete much more easily. All they must do is move in water while holding the concrete powder in their mainhand or offhand for a period of time. After a period of delay, the concrete powder will be converted in concrete. This helps save time converting concrete. You can change the delay with the command: /setdelay <int> where the integer must be 0 or higher.

Note: Once you hold the concrete in water, you may switch to a different item and the concrete will still convert. However, if you move the concrete powder to a different slot it will not convert. The delay is in seconds and the default delay is 8 seconds. Only operators may use the /setdelay command.
