Kill a really fast Cow and get a prize

    Requested by someone and I thought it was funny so I made it. Really simple, pretty much everything is in config. you /cow <player> and it gives them a brewing stand which they can place down and spawn a special cow. This cow is has speed 13 and damage resistance 3. If you kill the cow it will execute a command set in config for that player.

    Commands:
    /cow <player>

    Permission:
    cow.tipper.staff
