    This plugin is a plugin that has the ability to have all messages changed.
    It is a plugin that uses commands to toggle the night vision effect off/on.

    Commands:
    /NV
    /Night Vision

    Permissions:
    nv.use

    Customisable Messages:
    enabledmsg: '&7You have &aenabled &7NightVision.'
    disabledmsg: '&7You have &cdisabled &7NightVision.'
    noperm: '&cYou do not have permission.'
    consolemsg: '&cYou must be a player to run that command.'
