DCore - 1.7/1.8 Essentials Plugin

I am a starting Java coder and am currently learning how to code. I began this plugin for fun but have turned it into a decent little something. Most of the things in this are pretty basic but I feel that there are not many 1.7/1.8 essentials plugins out there at the moment. If you guys have any suggestions on how to get better or any suggestions for the plugin please let me know below. Also I will be making the messages for the plugin fully customizable soon.
