    Features:
    - Halt the chat (Disabling it)
    - Clear the chat

    Commands:
    - /HaltChat // Halts the chat, do it one more time and it will enable again
    - /ClearChat // Clears the Global Chat

    Permissions:
    - EasyChat.halt
    - EasyChat.clear
