    Thanks for 100 downloads!

Please Note: If you are upgrading from 1.2.1 or lower to 1.3, you must change any worlds in your config. Tutorial here.

What is it? What can you do?

ExtraWorlds is a lightweight 1.14.2+ alternative to Multiverse, that's all.
(I am waiting for 1.14.3 spigot to be released before updating! :D)

ExtraWorlds is much more basic than Multiverse, however I intend to update it with new features and I can promise to you, that it will always be updated to the newest Minecraft version as soon as possible.
    You can:
    • Create new worlds.
    • Delete worlds.
    • List worlds.
    • Teleport to worlds.
    • Lock inventories to specific worlds.
[!] When generating a world, you and other players might freeze, this is normal.

    Creating a World

    Command: /ewc <name> <modifier>
The <modifier> is the world generation type. By default, it is the normal Minecraft world.

    Modifiers include the following:
    "default", "flat", "amplified", "large"

    Example: /ewc MyNewWorld flat
This would generate a new superflat world called 'MyNewWorld'.

    World Inventories

    Command: /ewti <name>
This toggles the 'OwnInventory' in the config.

This is quite a basic world inventory system.
    • If a world has a shared inventory (OwnInventory: false), then it will use the global inventory, inside the playerInventories.yml file.
    • If a world has its own inventory (OwnInventory: true), then it will use its own world inventory, inside the playerInventories.yml file.
    • Think of it like this: All worlds share inventories, apart from worlds with their 'OwnInventory'.
It is not possible to let 2 worlds share the same inventory (at the moment). If it is a really requested & needed feature, I will re-implement it, but I think it should work fine in MOST cases for now.

    Example: /ewc MyNewWorld flat
This would generate a new superflat world called 'MyNewWorld'.

Config File, How to add a world!

ExtraWorlds also has a simple world config.
    Code (YAML):

    Worlds
    :
      MyWorld
    :
        Enabled
    : true
        OwnInventory
    : true

To add a world that you already have, its simple:
    • Drag the folder of your world into your server, in the same directory as the other worlds (world, world_nether, world_the_end).
    • To the config, on the same indent as everything else, add
      Code (YAML):
      your_world_name_here: true
    • Restart the server!

    What's next?
If there are any features that you would like to see, or bugs you've found in ExtraWorlds, please let me know in the Discussion tab. Also please be sure to leave a review, all feedback is appreciated as I can make the plugin better and more useful for everyone!

    Known Bugs:
    • Commands can't be made from the Console and errors. This is not high on the priority list, but will be implemented.

    • Generating worlds with types. (E.G - Superflat, Amplified)
    • Generating worlds from a seed.
    • Ability to change messages in config.
    • Separate inventories in different worlds

    3/5,

The plugin itself is really good. Below I give some more information on why I give it a 3 out of 5

    Pro:
+ Very easy to use, and only takes a couple of minutes to install
+ Does what it promises, simple world teleportation
+ Works with other plugins, I use CMI and there were no issues (as they both have TP commands)

    Cons:
    - The plugin creates a lot of errors that spam console, but seem harmless
    - Nether portals from a new world will still link to the old maps nether. For example, if your main world is Survival, and you make a world called Howdy. The nether portal from Howdy will bring you to the nether of Survival. Then going back into the portal brings you to Survival.
    - Developer seems to have abandoned the project

For these reason I give it a 3, as it is perfectly average in what it does; however it doesn't do anything to exceed or impress. (Such as the Nether portal issues)

awesome plugin super lightweight works super well the only gripe is I have to go into the config to load in unloaded worlds but otherwise a better drop-in replacement to multiverse!

    5/5,
    Version: 1.3.1 - [1.14.2]
This is a very lightweight plugin which i can very much appreciate!
My only suggestion is being able to change a worlds type to hardcore mode so that a player cannot re-join that world again after they die. Other than that, this plugin is extremely useful and i will definitely use this in the future as multiverse (although i love how customizable it is and have used it for years) isn't very well updated and is very time-consuming. keep up the good work!

Love that it is simple and easy to setup (aka lightweight).

All I need for this plugin now is the above mentioned TODO list and the default gamemode of the each world. No hurry its still 5 stars for me :)
