    I thought there would be something new, in the end it's just replacing textures with newer ones, I myself can replace them without using a plugin, lol.

    All it does it set a resource pack on the player when they join, overwriting any current resource pack you use, also had a bunch of spelling mistakes and also says "LiteXmas" as the prefix on messages, not FancyFence.
