Fishing For Luck v1.3

Adds customizable chance of getting a Potion of Luck from fishing.

    Love fishing but hate the fact that you CAN NOT get LUCKY?
    Fear no more! Using this plugin you can set a CHANCE to get a POTION OF LUCK (default chance is 5%) from FISHING!

    ADDS A CHANCE OF GETTING A LUCK POTION FROM FISHING

    If you have any ideas on how to improve the plugin, please leave them down below, I will take them into consideration and there's a high probability, I will implement them.

    Amazing plugin, does exactly what is written on the Spigot page. Easy to set up, works on my 1.18.1 server. Highly recommend.
    I have never seen anything like this anywhere before and I am happy that it will be possible on my server! 11/10 !
