Flight Potion 1.3

Flight Potion is a simple plugin that can be used in so many different ways.

What it does:
- Any water bottle named "Potion of Flight" in light green (&a for you new people) will be transformed into a flight potion.

- Once the potion is consumed the player gets 3 minutes of flight.

- Once time is up flight will be removed.

- If a player who is flying logs off the flight time removes.

- When flying players can not deal any damage to any other entity.

Permissions:
- fp.allow (allows consumption of flight potion)
- fp.vip1 (changes flight time to 5 minutes for that player)
- fp.vip2 (changes flight time to 7.5 minutes for that player)
