I've made effects async to reduce server impact.
also added an API function for adding commands.
added sounds, particles, and potion effects via permission

(there were too many sounds to reasonably add all of them as permissions on startup, so you'll have to copy/paste)
volume and pitch are configurable by percentage (default is 100)

unset invulnerability on player quit
unset invulnerability after n seconds when player has a glide.invulnerable.[n] permission
fixed typo in "invunerable" permission node
added glide.invulnerable permission to make a player invulnerable for the duration of the glide if they are not already invulnerable, and reset the status right after landing.
added glide.fall permission node, to make a player glide if they fall 3 blocks
use glide.fall.[y] to set a different fall distance
