    This is a very simple but cool plugin. It will welcome a player to your network on every join. This plugin is a good warm welcome to the server.

    Installation:

    1) Download the file from here
    2) Put it in the plugins folder in your FTP
    3) Restart your bungee
    4) if it works but there's bug report to me on this resource
