IMPORTANT

FEATURES
Pull yourself in the direction of the fishing rod's hook, like a grappler.
This plugin deactivates the fishing rod's use.
You can only use the minecraft fishing rod as a grappler.
(Will be changed in future updates)
There is a cooldown in seconds that can be modified.
This cooldown can prevent players from abusing this to fly around.

COMMANDS
/grappler cooldown <integer> = Set the cooldown to an integer, 0 to deactivate the cooldown

PERMISSIONS
/grappler cooldown <integer> = grappler.admin

VERSION
This plugin should work fine for any spigot server.
I have only tested it on a 1.8 spigot server.
