Changes the time to day when half of your server has slept

    This plugin does the exact same thing as the mod but it's a plugin and the messages are different.
    Mod it's based off of: http://www.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/morpheus
    config values
    All the colors labeled as &COLOR& replacing COLOR with the actually color in all caps. Here are all the colors http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Formatting_codes
    &PLAYERSSLEEPING& shows the amount of people in bed.
    &AMOUNTNEEDED& shows the amount needed to set the time to day.
    &PLAYERNAME& shows the name of the player who just slept.
    *these values will eater be changed or removed later. (none currently)

    Excellent plugin, it now stops rain and can change the sleep colors which allows for a full day reset similar to the vanilla bed function!
