This is the HubCore plugin. It is the only plugin you will ever need for your server's hub.

How to install:
Drag and drop the file you downloaded into your plugins folder.
Then, restart your server.
Finally, modify the config.yml located in plugins/HubCore/config.yml

Features:
Send messages to the player on join (supports chatcolour & ).
Modify the welcome messages to whatever you want (supports chatcolour & ).
Disallow block breaking and placing without a permission
Custom disallow messages.
