On join new players can not move! Use this to turn whitelist off safely as the player will be stuck, movement forbidding until the correct permission is given.

This plugin is ideal for those who want to turn off whitelist and have it open. Server ops have the ability disabled. All you have to do to allow new users to move is give the permission InterviewJoin.allow using a permission plugin such as.
