NOTE
I made this plugin for my Purge Server since I couldn't really find it anywhere else (Nor was I really looking that hard) That being said I'm probably not going to really keep this updated unless requested.​

What is JoinConfirm?​

JoinConfirm is a very simple plugin that allows server owners to get things straight with a new player for their server. Once a new player joins they're not able to move or talk to anyone in chat, this includes receiving messages from players in the chat.

You as the server owner can then right up your server rules, how to play, special commands, etc... Once the user reads all of these they can simply type in /agree to be added to the configs join list and continue playing along.

The plugin also has custom welcome messages for users who rejoin your server.

Here is an example of how to use it down below, the plugin accepts
Alternate Color Codes using an '&' char as seen in the config below.
