Level Particles - Particles on Leveling 1.1

Summons Shaped Particles on Level Up!

    Minecraft is lacking in xp level up, thats why this plugin is created!
    This is my first plugin, but there should not be any bugs in it since its not really hard code.

    Permissions:
    - None (if you would like some just suggest in comments)

    Commands:
    - None (because it triggers when leveling up!)

    Plugin can be triggered also with command
    /xp 1l playername - (basicly it gives player a level)

    How To Install:
    1) Stop Server (/stop or manually)
    2) Place plugin inside server plugins folder
    3) Start server back up!
    4) Enjoy particles!

    Great plugin! Nice job for a first time plugin, once you get more advanced can you add a config option for changing the particle type?
    Also please change the jarfile name to something else :)

      i want to add config but that is for me right now like human and planet mars, atleast for now nothing i can do.
