This here is pretty simple.
Its global chat channels, join a channel then talk and anyone in the same channel or with the permission can hear you across your bungee network!
This requires no plugins in your bungeecord folder.
Just drop it into all bukkit servers and off you go!
This should also work without the need for bukkit if there is a need.
Use the config to manage the channels.
You can change the name, the permission to join, permission to leave, permission to hear whats being said even if you are not in it.
You can also change the format of the chat and if displaynames are used.
You can also force users to join a default channel when they join the server.
You cannot talk in more then one channel at a time.
In the config, you can also bind commands to run a string.
The default binds command 'default' to run '/channel join default'
You can also make shortcuts to talk in a channel.
Such as '@Hello everyone ' to talk in a global channel.
When talking without the @ will talk normally or in the channel you are in.
With the release of 1.3
You can now message players globally!
It overrides any existing commands so you can change them in the config.
Permission to reload config is libraryschat.reloadconfig
Command aliases areCommand isCode (Text):chat, channelsPlease note that this doesn't provide any way to moderate the chat.Code (Text):/channel join <Channel>
/channel leave <Channel>
Muting a player will only prevent them talking if they are in the same server

Global chat channels
Some of these server chat plugins require some or all placed in the Bungeecord plugins folder (eg BungeeSuite) and others require dependencies to run; this is the only one I've found that is a single-jar place in the connected servers (not the bungeecord) and needs nothing else. The configs are simple and flexible enough; you can create channels and permissions to use them as you want. And it's the only one that has worked for us at all. Well done!
Very good plugin, fits its purpose. I'd like to see a @[message] to broadcast directly to a default channel (a one-time message, to make it quick), and a server variable for the localization. Other than that, great plugin! Once those updates are made, a 5-star rating will be given :)
