    1. Installing LobbyEffects is easy!
    2. Drop the LobbyEffects.jar into your plugins folder
    3. Restart/Reload your server
    4. Add the permission to your favorite permissions plugin
    5. Done!

    It's it so nice the plugin, but, how do I give it to a player without writing anything in the chat, that is, I want to receive the effects without giving him anything, need some permission, something?

    The config file doesn't generate

      Granted that this plugin hasn't been updated in three years which makes me believe that this worked on the 1.6-1.8 versions it would make sense. Also just reading the little thing I wrote up, there isn't suppose to be a config file which makes sense as to why it doesn't generate. If this plugin really needs to be updated let me know. Otherwise I don't make plugins anymore and haven't touch Java in about two years now.
