This plugin rids you of the need to carry lores with you and allows you to create one using any button on your configured block (IRON_BLOCK by default).

Just place your block near any rail (distance 1) and place a button onto the block. Once you press the button, a lore is generated and set onto the track. Lore spam protection is included for a radius of 5 blocks. Let me know your ideas.
