    Intro
I created this open source plugin for a roleplay server I created called Kingdom: Dark Ages. Please contact me if you want to assist with developing one of my plugins, find a bug or have an idea to make the plugin better.

Medieval Economy v1.0 allows you to
    • view a list of helpful commands with /econ help
    • create currency with /econ createcurrency #
    • view how many coins are in your coinpurse with /balance
    • deposit coins into your coinpurse with /deposit (number)
    • withdraw coins from your coinpurse with /withdraw (number)
    • lets you reload the plugin with /econ reload
In addition to these commands, the plugin also
    • informs the player upon login about their coinpurse if they didn't have one yet
    • gives players 50 gold coins when they first join the server
    • provides saving/loading for all aspects of the plugin
    • provides permissions for every command
    • makes players drop 10% of what is in their coin purse on death
    • provides a config.yml with extensive options
    • ensures that saves don't break with updates

    Permissions
    • medievaleconomy.default
    • medievaleconomy.createcurrency
    • medievaleconomy.balance
    • medievaleconomy.deposit
    • medievaleconomy.withdraw

    4/5,
    Version: v1.0
Looking forward to how this plugin develops as I'm currently using it for my server. I didn't want to use a vault plugin and I wanted coins as im running a semi-rp world. The mod works well and I'm able to use it with Tradeshop, the sign based trading plugin. Only issue I have is the new config file added is very limited and really only useful for changing flavor text. I'm not going to pretend I know how plugins work, but if the config file could let me customise thing like how many coins drop on death, that would be great

Thanks for the review, TatianaPiro! Good to know you can use it with Tradeshop! I will make a note to include a config option for how many coins drop on death in a future update. Hope you enjoy the plugin!

An interesting alternative to existing economies where they are mostly only item-based or virtual-based.
