Mount4Life 1.3.1

The good news is that it works in 1.13. The bad news is that swimming mechanics breaks it so that you are no longer mounting but swimming. Fine otherwise as far as I tested.

Pretty cool, would be a lot better if you could control the mobs (perhaps even the players) that you mount. Still, a fun little plugin, but not the most advanced
