    What is this?
This is a very simple script that I wrote a while ago that will restart servers inside of tmux sessions according to your specifications. It's lightweight and very straightforward.

I decided to upload this because I hoped that a server owner who perhaps just moved from using a server panel such as Multicraft to administering their own Linux system might find this useful.

    How do I use it?
You can schedule this script using crontab for your own server. Using crontab -e, you could add this line to call the script at 3AM for whatever time zone your server is running in.
    Code (Text):
    0 3 * * * /home/minecraft/scripts/nightly-restart.sh
