Features

Configurable Messages
All messages are fully configurable.

Cooldown
Option to add a cooldown to the command.
The cooldown time is configurable.

Commands
/nv - Toggles NightVision on/off
/nvreload - Reloads NightVision.
(/NightVisionReload also works if /nvreload conflicts with nuvotifier)

Join
Give players who have the permission NightVision when they join the server.

Permissions
All permissions are configurable.
